Exclusivity

If the film is selected, the entrant agrees not to hold any public screenings of the film in the Philippines during the official festival run of NgAFFF 2026 (Oct 24 – 28, 2026).

Rights

If selected, the entrant authorizes the screening, and use of the film and promotional materials by Pasalidahay, Inc. These materials will be used exclusively for festival screenings and the promotion of the film under NgAFFF.

Selection & notification

All submissions will be reviewed and voted on by a selection committee composed of members of Pasalidahay, Inc.

Entrants will be notified of the selection status (accepted or not accepted) within August 2026, through both the official website and email

Entry fee

All fees support the quality of the selection process and help sustain our programming efforts.
A submission fee is required per short film:

• ₱555 for entries submitted by the early deadline (June 30, 2026)
• ₱1,500 for entries submitted by the final deadline (July 31, 2026)
