If the film is selected for the Main Competition under the Third Eye section, the entrant agrees not to hold or participate in any public screenings of the film anywhere in the Philippines, from the date of official selection until the conclusion of the Ngilngig Asian Fantastic Film Festival (NgAFFF) in October 2027. This restriction is intended to preserve the film’s premiere status at the Ngilngig Festival.
If selected, the entrant authorizes the screening, and use of the film and promotional materials by Pasalidahay, Inc. These materials will be used exclusively for festival screenings and the promotion of the film under NgAFFF.
All submissions will be reviewed and voted on by a selection committee composed of members of Pasalidahay, Inc.
Entrants will be notified of the outcome of their submissions (selected or not selected) at least three months prior to the festival via email, through the official Ngilngig Festival website, and on its official social media platforms.
